3. Proofreading Process

a. Submit Your Document. Please submit your manuscript in MS-Word format to following email address: language@redfame.com

Note: Please note that if the bibliography and appendices do not require proofreading, you may delete them from the manuscript before submitting it to save on costs.

b. Pay the Proofreading Fee. We encourage you to pay the proofreading fee by credit card via the PayPal system, which is a faster and safer way to send money. PayPal allows users, whether or not they are PayPal members, to use all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Please select your desired turnaround speed below and provide the English style as well as the word count of your document. Subsequently, click on the ‘Buy Now‘ button. Next, ensure to adjust the ‘Quantity‘ field according to your article’s word count, and then click the ‘Continue‘ button to finalize your payment through PayPal.

c. Initiate the Proofreading Service. The managing editor will review your manuscript and assign an appropriate proofreader with relevant scientific expertise. The total process will take 2-7 business days, depending on your chosen turnaround time.

d. Return the Re-edited Paper to the Author. All changes will be highlighted using the ‘Track Changes’ feature in MS Word so that you can easily see where improvements have been made. You can review these changes individually or simply click ‘Accept All Changes’ proposed by the proofreader.
