Redfame Publishing is proud to announce that we are taking the concept of CSR to heart in our commitment to the promotion of sustainable development. By supporting green publishing and all this entails, we hope to demonstrate that businesses can be socially responsible.

Responsibility toward Society

Being a green publisher means that we operate environmentally friendly printing equipment and use only acid-free paper. This is because the acidic chemicals utilized in paper production have proven to be harmful to the environment. Better yet, we have been heading toward becoming an exclusively online publisher, an activity that greatly benefits the environment by eliminating the need for paper altogether.

In addition, Redfame Publishing has recently switched to eco-friendly light bulbs and lighting systems and has initiated the recycling of paper, DVDs, and CDs. We also use environmentally friendly computers and equipment to reduce CO2, thereby lowering our carbon footprint.

Redfame Publishing’s future plans include designing public welfare projects and contributing to the funding of ecologically sustainable development. Responsibility toward Customers

As an open-access publisher, all online published articles are free to access and download. For those who submit questions online, we promise to reply within 1-3 working days.We provide a fast reply system and review process for authors. Generally, the review process takes 2-3 weeks. We aim to publish accepted manuscripts online within two weeks the final draft’s completion.

Responsibility toward Employees

Perhaps most importantly, however, we at Redfame are demonstrating our responsibility to the social part of CSR through the implementation of sustainable employee development. For one thing, this means that we support working from home, which reduces traffic congestion. By reducing traffic, we lessen the air pollution to which vehicle emissions contribute. Working at home also enables flexible working hours for employees, something that has been found to promote good employer-employee relations. For another thing, sustainable employee development means that we encourage and support the ongoing learning and study by our staff. To this end, we will be providing opportunities for employees to study abroad. Above all, Redfame is committed to the fair treatment of and respect for all our employees.
