3. Proofreading Process

a. Submit Your Document. Please submit your manuscript in MS-Word format to the email:

Note: The manuscript should be sent without bibliography and appendices if they do not require proofreading.

b. Pay the Proofreading Fee. You are encouraged to make the proofreading fee by credit card via PayPal system which is the faster, safer way to send money. PayPal enables users, whether or not they are PayPal members, to use all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

c. Start the Proofreading Service. The managing editor reviews your manuscript and assigns an appropriate proofreader with the relevant scientific background for your manuscript. The total process will take 2-7 business days based on your choice.

d. Send the Re-edited Paper back to Author. All changes are highlighted using the MS Word ‘Track Changes’ feature so that you can see where improvements have been made. You can review these changes individually or simply click ‘accept all changes’ proposed by the proofreader.
