1. What We Do
a. Correct spelling, grammatical and punctuation errors
b. Check for problems in parallelisms, tense and conjugations
c. Eliminate improper language and poor word choice
d. Conform to your choice of British or American English
2. Our Proofreaders
The proofreaders are PhDs (or PhD candidates) and native English speakers with excellent communication skills. They have expertise in your area of research to ensure that grammar issues don’t stand in the way of getting your paper accepted.
3. Proofreading Process
a. Submit Your Document. Please submit your manuscript in MS-Word format to the email: email@example.com
Note: The manuscript should be sent without bibliography and appendices if they do not require proofreading.
b. Pay the Proofreading Fee. You are encouraged to make the publication fee by credit card via PayPal system which is the faster, safer way to send money. PayPal enables users, whether or not they are PayPal members, to use all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Please select the turnaround speed below, enter English style, word count below, and then click the “Add to Cart” button. After that, please update the “Quantity” with your article’s word count, and then click the button “Check out” to complete the payment with PayPal.
c. Start the Proofreading Service. The managing editor reviews your manuscript and assigns an appropriate proofreader with the relevant scientific background for your manuscript. The total process will take 2-7 business days based on your choice.
d. Send the Re-edited Paper back to Author. All changes are highlighted using the MS Word ‘Track Changes’ feature so that you can see where improvements have been made. You can review these changes individually or simply click ‘accept all changes’ proposed by the proofreader.
